Via rlpDirekt you will receive detailed information on all tasks of the municipal administration as well as the administrative services provided by us. Based on life situations or keywords (e.g. "application for an identity card", "dog tax", etc.) you will immediately receive:
- important information about administrative matters or to apply for benefits
- Lists of documents or information to be provided by you
- Contact details of the responsible departments, employees of the administration
Electronic forms, the responsible contact person and an e-mail contact service are linked to each service, so that a personal visit to your administration is sometimes unnecessary.
In addition, you will find further information with references to specific authority responsibilities for different life situations.
