"Passagio Animato" by Maria Claudia Farina

"Passageo Animato"

Maria Claudia Farina

Very often one is influenced by the environment and the situation while working; and although my project was not altered in any way during its execution, I am convinced that my work reflects the great mutual understanding and spontaneous friendship within the symposium group.

Now my work is on the Galgenberg, a panoramic view of almost 360°; from there, with a bit of attention, one can discover the work of the Dutch colleague in Kanzem, whose work has remained in the area of the common workshop; something I really like... keeping a little connection to what happened before...

The written text on the highest element of the sculpture is a possible trace to find the reference to what coined the name of the place; they are dimensions that describe something and that have also determined some formal aspects of the sculpture - but it is only one of the possible approaches to this work.
