To the almond blossom and pasta factory in the Palatinate
Excursion of the action group “Lifelong learning, actively passing on knowledge”
On March 21, 2024, the action group "Lifelong learning, actively passing on knowledge" took the almond blossom and a tour of the Palatinate noodle factory as the reason for their excursion to the Palatinate. Even though nature made the almond trees bloom two weeks earlier than usual this year, there were still a few flowering specimens to be seen along the route through the Palatinate. The tour of the Palatinate noodle factory amazed the participants. They learned a lot about the production of the unique pasta. They can also tell how the hole gets in the macaroni. Afterwards, the pasta shop stocked up on a selection of over 150 types of pasta for future pasta cravings. During lunch with Palatinate specialties, everyone exchanged their new experiences in a good mood. Afterwards, there was an opportunity to take a walk around the Villa Ludwigshöhe before taking the bus home with a smile on their faces. Summary of this excursion: "Pasta makes you happy!"
