School, education & job

A total of nine elementary schools sponsored by the city or the associated municipality of Konz form the basis for the school education of children within the associated municipality.

The city of Konz, as the main center of the Konz municipality, is also the location of the grammar school and the Realschule plus, which are sponsored by the Trier-Saarburg district. The Don Bosco School based in Wiltingen is also sponsored by the district.

Furthermore, at the beginning of the 2013/2014 school year, a technical college for technical computer science was set up at the Realschule plus in Konz - which leads to the acquisition of the advanced technical college entrance qualification.
