• I receive a confirmation email to the email address I entered to verify my email address in the context of this damage report.
• after successful confirmation of this e-mail address, I will be informed by e-mail about comments on this damage report.
• my e-mail address, date and time as well as the wording of this declaration of consent will be stored for up to two years after the damage report was created.
• my data can be stored beyond this period in justified individual cases within the framework of applicable legal principles.
• The responsible administration may, upon request, anonymize excerpts from my damage report and publish them on their homepage and on the rlpDirekt platform.

Please note:

• Confirm your e-mail address within 30 days, otherwise your damage report will be automatically deleted.
• Closed issues are retained for 180 days after completion. After this period, your damage report will be deleted from our system for data protection reasons.
• If you have received documents or notifications in connection with this damage report, we ask you to download them before the above deadline.
• Your data will be stored in a German data center and will never be passed on to third parties.
• Your e-mail address will only be used to inform you about this damage report or to contact you if you have any questions.
