Deutsche Bahn: Switch renewals on the railway bridge in Konz

Deutsche Bahn informs:

"As part of its nationwide "New Network for Germany" program, Deutsche Bahn AG is carrying out switch renewals near the Kreuz Konz station, just before the railway bridge. This may lead to increased noise and dust pollution in the following period:

• from Monday, March 3 to Monday, March 10, 2025 (continuously)

The equipment used includes a power generator, rail-road excavator, work trains, track tamping machine and various

Small machines. We are doing everything we can to keep disruptions caused by the construction work to a minimum. Nevertheless, disruptions and changes to the construction process cannot be completely ruled out. We apologize for this.
