Election of the Advisory Board for Migration and Integration of the City of Konz

The postal voting documents for the election of the Advisory Board for Migration and Integration of the City of Konz in 2024 are currently being sent out. The advisory board is committed to the equal coexistence of people of different nationalities, cultures and religions. The five members represent the interests of the foreign residents living in the city of Konz as well as the citizens with a migration background in the political decision-making process.
This year’s election will be held entirely by postal vote. Registration in the electoral register is done ex officio. All persons registered in the electoral register receive the voting documents automatically by post. A separate application is not required. Anyone who believes they are eligible to vote and has not received any postal voting documents by October 31, 2024 can contact the administration (email: wahlen@konz.de ) report. The postal voting documents must be received by the administration by 3 p.m. on November 10, 2024 (election day).
Who is allowed to vote?
All foreign or stateless residents and persons with a migration background who have reached the age of 16, have been registered as having their main residence in Konz for at least three months and are not excluded from the right to vote.
