Kick-off for the local wine festival: “Konzer WeinGenuss 2024”

Good food, good company and above all good wines – that is what characterizes the “Konzer WeinGenuss”. The event at the start of the Konzer Heimat- und Weinfest has enjoyed great popularity in recent years. That is why the wine tasting with musical entertainment and live cooking will take place again this year - on Friday, 28 June 2024 at 7 p.m. The historic courtyard of the Roscheider Hof open-air museum offers a special ambience as an outdoor event location.

After one or two welcoming sparkling wines, another six renowned wines from Konz are offered. Several wineries had expressed an interest in offering their wines and sparkling wines that evening, so the decision was made by drawing lots. The result: the focus of the tasting is now on wines from the Reuter winery in Konz-Niedermennig, the Stefan Müller winery in Konz-Krettnach, the Michael Hutmacher winery in Konz-Oberemmel, the Erik Schmitt winery in Konz-Krettnach and the “Zusammenfluss” winery in Konz. In addition to the tasting included in the price, more wine is available to purchase.

Delicious dishes with meat, fish and vegan options will be cooked at various live cooking stations. This time there will be three food stations - with varied dishes from Italy, Luxembourg and the USA. The PORTA JAZZBAND will provide the musical accompaniment, creating an atmospheric feel-good atmosphere with subtle easy listening, groovy funk and expressive soul music.
