New swimming courses in the Saar-Mosel-Bad in Konz

Parents can now register their children for a swimming course at the Saar-Mosel-Bad again. These courses were not possible for some time because the Konzer indoor swimming pool was also affected by the shortage of skilled workers. Now more employees are working again.

“I am pleased that the courses can take place again,” says Mayor Joachim Weber. “It is very important that the children learn the basics of swimming at an early age. The courses are ideal for this as they are particularly effective in small groups.”

New registrations are possible for courses next year. They are aimed at children around six years old.

If you are interested, you can write to the indoor swimming pool team using the contact form on www.saar-mosel-bad.de. The staff will then contact you as soon as the exact dates and times for the courses have been determined. It is also recommended that you provide your telephone number. This means the indoor swimming pool can contact you quickly if spaces become available at short notice.

And if you want to teach your child to swim despite the new courses, you can still ask the specialist staff on site for support: The staff will be happy to give parents tips on how they can guide their children in swimming and what is important. In the past few months, numerous parents have taken up this offer and children have been able to proudly make their own seahorse.
