Konz: New bookcase at the Roscheid open-air museum

This week the new bookcase at the Roscheid Open Air Museum went into operation. The “Reading Circle Konz” initiative launched the project and bought the cupboard. He was supported with LEADER funds amounting to 3,000 euros as part of the voluntary citizen projects.

Mayor Joachim Weber was happy to accept the reading group's invitation to launch the bookcase. “I am pleased that the citizens of Roscheid now also have the opportunity to access new reading material at any time,” he said and emphasized: “The project would not exist without the commitment of the reading group and the financial resources of the LEADER funding program was possible!”

The Konz town hall also supported the installation of the new bookcase and took care of pouring the foundation. The administration and the reading group wish all citizens a lot of fun reading.
