New hotline makes it easier to report faults to the municipal utility companies

Nothing comes out of the tap Water ? Or the sewage pipe outside the house is clogged? From March 01, 2023 there is a new 24-hour service number at the municipal utilities association for such fault reports. This reads:

06501 947 299 299.

In this way, the association of municipal utilities improves the service for the citizens considerably: instead of only being able to reach an employee during general office hours, this is now guaranteed around the clock.

In order to be able to realize this service optimization, the municipal utility works together with the Trier municipal utility. Outside the office hours of the municipal utility company, calls are forwarded to the control center of the municipal utility company in Trier.

This means that the fault report can be personally recorded and documented at any time. Questions can be asked specifically. The callers find out immediately whether work is already being done on the fault.

This makes troubleshooting faster and more effective.

The new number applies to the entire municipality of Konz. The Ruwer waterworks is only responsible for disruptions affecting the water supply in Pellingen.
