B51: Rehabilitated lane between Konz and Trier is released

The LBM informs:

On March 23, 2023, the lane markings were applied in construction phase 3, direction Konz. Today (March 24, 2023) there is still residual and cleaning work to be done. The change in traffic management is scheduled for March 25, 2023.

There will still be short restrictions in week 13.

In the area of the entrance to the Löllberg, the entrance area still has to be built. Driving from the direction of Trier to the Löllberg is then not possible during the work. Road users are guided accordingly to the Möbel Martin roundabout in order to change the direction of travel and to be able to turn right to the Löllberg.

The exit from the Löllberg is then also only possible in the direction of Trier. The direction of travel can be reversed here in the junction area B 268.

This work is expected to be completed by March 30, 2023.

Furthermore, in the course of a daily construction site, the two crossings for the provisional traffic management will be dismantled.
