Project of the state RLP: Interpreters wanted!

Language mediation is a key support on the path to integration. You too can contribute to successful communication in your district without language barriers. The DOOR project is looking for committed people who can imagine working as volunteer interpreters.

Do you speak another language besides German? Are you interested in different cultures, languages and people and would you like to volunteer? Then the DOOR project and interpreting in social spaces could be of interest to you.

DOOR’s volunteer interpreters interpret for people who do not speak German well enough, for doctors, in schools, at appointments with offices and authorities, in day-care centers and schools and many other institutions.

Arbeit und Leben gGmbH cordially invites you to an interview to present the project to you and to clarify your questions and concerns. An information event for those interested in interpreting will take place digitally via zoom on December 1st, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
