Online appointments for the citizens' office and trade office

Pass expired? Register a business? This is now faster and easier than before. Because the Konz association of municipalities is now able to make appointments online. Waiting times are thus avoided.

Under termine.konz.de or via a button on the website conc.de can you for affairs in the citizens' office or in the trade office make appointments. Simply select your request and desired time. You will receive an e-mail as confirmation, which summarizes which documents you should bring with you for your appointment. It also includes the ability to change or cancel the appointment. You will receive a reminder email one day before the booked appointment.

There is a terminal on site in the entrance in front of the citizens' office. Register at this terminal with the number (appointment ID) or the QR code in the e-mail. In this way, the appointment can be kept punctually at the booked time and your request can be processed.

"With the option of making appointments online, the administration offers citizens a contemporary and modern service that makes dealing with authorities easier," emphasizes Mayor Joachim Weber.

"The implemented innovations increase customer friendliness in the citizen services and at the same time increase the efficiency with which the concerns can be processed," adds the 1st Deputy Guido Wacht.
