Longer opening times for the citizens' office in Konz

In the past few weeks, the citizens' office in Konz has noticed increased visitor traffic. The administration is reacting to this need and is extending the opening hours for the citizens from Monday, July 25, 2022.

On Mondays, among other things, you can change your registration or apply for ID documents until 5 p.m. - the Citizens Advice Bureau closes an hour later than before. The Citizens Advice Bureau opens earlier on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

As part of the human resources, the administration would like to accommodate the citizens with the changed times and reduce waiting times.

Here are the new opening times:

Monday – 13.00 to 5 p.m

Tuesday - 07.30 until 12.00 p.m

Wednesday - 07.30 until 12.00 p.m

Thursday - 13.00 until 6 p.m

Friday – 08.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m
