Children's play "The Little Witch"
The city of Konz presents this Children's play "The Little Witch" by Otfried Preussler.
The Alte Werkstatt theater in Frankenthal brings Otfried Preußler's world-famous children's book "The Little Witch" to the stage in a loving production for children aged 4 and over. The little witch takes the audience on an exciting journey through the year. There is magic, learning and laughing and at the end of course dancing together around a wonderful witch fire.
About the content of the event:
The little witch is only 127 years old: far too young to be allowed to take part in the annual witch dance on the Blocksberg! But she wishes for nothing more. In order to be allowed to dance at the next Walpurgis Night, she has to pass the witch test. So she practices very diligently for a year to become a good witch. Her raven Abraxas helps her – as do the children in the audience. For them she even witches forbidden way on a Friday. Hopefully the evil aunt Rumpumpel didn't see that. Because in the end it seems like Abraxas and the little witch have thoroughly misunderstood what a "good" witch has to do.
Fun for the whole family!
