Discover and understand Europe II – from 01.08. register for a trip to Brussels
The coordination and specialist office of the partnership for democracy in the VG Konz has planned several educational trips, based on this year's main topic "Europe" as part of the project "Discovering and understanding Europe II", during which the European Commission will visit Brussels, among other things will. The project is designed as a continuation of the series "United in diversity - discover and understand Europe!". The aim is to offer the participants the opportunity to further deepen the knowledge they have acquired about the European Union and to get to know the political institutions at European level.
During the educational trip to Brussels on Tuesday 13 September Among other things, the European Commission as the executive body of the EU is to be visited. The program also includes a lecture followed by a question and answer session, a visit to the House of European History, a tour of the EU district and the city center with the Brussels kaleidoscope, which will reveal the cultural diversity of the European city.

The series of events is organized by the coordination and specialist office of the Partnership for Democracy in the VG Konz and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Families, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as part of the federal program "Live Democracy!".
