according to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) of July 2nd, 2023 in conjunction with. In accordance with the state law on internal reporting offices within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act in the municipal sector (LHinMeldG), we dutifully have one internal reporting office furnished.
Persons who have obtained information about violations in connection with their professional activities in connection with the Konz municipal administration can report these via the following communication channels:

- In person by appointment with lawyer Dr. Fornauf
- By post “VG Konz, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, z. H. Mr. Attorney Dr. Fornauf” with the note “personal/confidential/locked”.
However, not every report of a violation of legal provisions is covered by the HinSchG. The area of protection is regulated in Section 2 HinSchG. Further information about the law can be found here HERE on the Internet.
One external federal reporting office is available from the Federal Office of Justice ( www.bundesjustizamt.de ) available.
Personal data may be processed as part of the reporting procedure. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c EU GDPR in conjunction with Section 10 HinSchG.
