Redevelopment area Oberemmel

In the district of Konz-Oberemmel, the city of Konz wants to improve the urban planning conditions by designating a redevelopment area. The redevelopment area has an area of approx. 15.2 hectares and includes the town center along Kirchstraße, Am Rosenberg, Scharzbergstraße and sections of Mühlenstraße, Altenbergstraße, Konzer Straße and Brotstraße.

Funding Opportunities

Within the formally demarcated "Konz-Oberemmel redevelopment area", owners of properties located in the redevelopment area have the option of claiming increased tax depreciation from the tax office for expenses for repairs/modernization of private buildings. The amount of the depreciation and the permissible depreciation measures must be clarified with the tax office.
