Welcome to the real estate office of the Konz municipal administration.

The real estate office of the Konz municipal administration manages the real estate of the city of Konz and the local communities. This includes over 7000 developed and undeveloped plots of land. These include many kilometers of municipal roads and paths, various green spaces, over 100 apartments and an office building.

We also handle the purchase and sale of land for the local communities. This includes the preparation of the notarial deeds, the monitoring of deposits and payments as well as the organization of measurements. In addition, we draw up lease agreements for communal areas.

Our local communities regularly open up new building land, we would be happy to help you in your search for a property. New development areas that are not yet fully developed can be found under the heading "Building Areas and Development Plans" .
