Project-related development plan of the city of Konz
District of Könen, sub-area “Könener Straße 70 A”
according to § 12 BauGB - Announcement of the public display according to § 3 paragraph 2 in conjunction with § 13b BauGB
At the city council meeting on April 25th, 2023, the city of Konz decided on the public display of the project-related development plan "Könener Straße 70 A" in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the Building Code in conjunction with Section 13b of the Building Code.
The planning area is located in the area of the Könener Straße/Valentinstraße intersection between the property at Könener Straße 70 and the Saar. The location of the planning area and the demarcation of the scope can be found in the attached overview plan.
The aim of the development plan is to obtain planning permission for the construction of a two-storey single-family house with an access area, a double garage and garden areas. The preparation of the development plan is carried out in an accelerated procedure in accordance with § 13b BauGB.
The public interpretation of the development plan takes place in the period from
05/17/2023 to 06/19/2023
in the form of a display at the Konz municipal administration. The interested public has the opportunity to comment on the intended planning and to make suggestions. In parallel with the open position, the authorities and other public bodies are involved in accordance with Section 4 (2) of the Building Code.
Pursuant to Section 13, Paragraph 3 of the Building Code, the environmental assessment pursuant to Section 2, Paragraph 4, the environmental report pursuant to Section 2a and the statement pursuant to Section 3, Paragraph 2, Clause 2, which types of environmental information are available, as well as the summary statement according to § 6a paragraph 1 and § 10a paragraph 1 apart; § 4c BauGB does not apply.
The draft of the development plan "Könener Straße 70 A" is available for everyone to see in the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building II, 1st floor, room 81/corridor.
