OG Tawern - "Construction of a food market"
Development plan of the local community of Tawern, project-related development plan with project and development plan (VEP) - "Construction of a grocery store"
- Public participation in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code
A project developer intends to develop and open up a local supply location at the entrance to Tawern in what is currently an outlying area. A grocery store and a self-service meat and sausage container outside the store are planned.
It is necessary to draw up a development plan. The procedure should be carried out on a project-specific basis as a project-related development plan with a project and development plan (VEP) in conjunction with an implementation contract.
First, only the draft of the project and development plan is drawn up with the draft justification provided here. Only in the second stage (publication of the plan in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 and Section 4 Paragraph 2 of the Federal Building Code) is the project-related development plan presented with all documents in its complete form, including the necessary expert opinions and the environmental report.
The land use plan of the Konz collective municipality is scheduled for a complete update. The state planning request for the planning area in question is already being made as part of the development plan procedure.
