Development plan of the city of Konz, sub-area "Domain Street" - Announcement of the renewed public display according to § 4a paragraph 3 BauGB
In the meeting of the city council on February 28, 2023, the city of Konz decided on the renewed public display of the "Domain Street" development plan in accordance with Section 4a, Paragraph 3 of the Building Code.
The aim of the development plan is to safeguard the existing building and to clarify and secure the urban development opportunities. The Domain Street area is currently assessed as an outdoor area. The planning area is on the domain road, which branches off the K134. The preparation of the development plan takes place in the accelerated procedure according to § 13b BauGB.
According to § 13 Para. 3 BauGB, the environmental assessment according to § 2 Para. 4, the environmental report according to § 2a and the statement according to § 3 Para § 6a paragraph 1 and § 10a paragraph 1 apart; § 4c BauGB does not apply.
The renewed public interpretation of the development plan will take place in the period from
04/11/2023 to 05/12/2023
at the municipal administration of Konz. The interested public has the opportunity to comment on the intended planning and to make suggestions. In parallel with the renewed public participation, the authorities and other public bodies will be involved again in accordance with Section 4a, Paragraph 3 of the Building Code.
The draft of the "Domain Road" development plan is available for everyone to see in the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building II, 1st floor, room 81/corridor. The general office hours are: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Appointments can also be made by telephone, contact Ms. Reichert on 06501-83-180 or, in the case of a replacement, Mr. Queins on 06501-83-181.
