3. Amendment of the development plan of the municipality of Wasserliesch, sub-area “Granahöhe industrial and commercial area”,
Announcement of the installation decision in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the Building Code and public participation in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code
The local community of Wasserliesch decided at the meeting of the local council on September 29th, 2020 to make a 3rd amendment to the development plan. After approval of the documents on May 7th, 2024, it was decided to involve the public. This involves a residential extension north of the street "An der Granahöhe" adjacent to the local area (football field area). It is planned to convert part of the commercial area into a residential area. The preparation of the development plan and the initiation of the procedure are hereby made public. The scope of application can be seen from the appendix and only relates to a small part of the development plan (approx. 1 ha). Public participation will take place from
January 6, 2025 to February 7, 2025
as a display at the administration. The planning documents (plan drawing, justification, textual specifications, acoustic report) are available during general office hours in the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building II, room 76. Citizens have the opportunity to find out about the intended planning and to comment on it in writing or on record. General office hours are: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please make an appointment by telephone on 06501/83-181, contact Mr. Queins or Mr. Gerards 83-180. Appointments for periods that deviate from general office hours are possible.
