5. Change - Announcement of the installation resolution in accordance with Section 2 of the Building Code and the disclosure in accordance with Section 3 (2) in conjunction with Section 13a of the Building Code
In the meeting of the city council on September 27th, 2022, the city of Konz decided on the preparation in accordance with Section 2 of the Building Code and the public display in accordance with Section 3 (2) in conjunction with Section 13a of the Building Code for the 5th amendment to the “Heinert – Trierer Weg” development plan.
The aim of the development plan change is the densification within the built-up settlement body of the Obermennig district. By designating a building site, additional development can be implemented. The change in the development plan is carried out in an accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13a of the Building Code.
The public interpretation of the development plan takes place in the period from
11/21/2022 to 12/21/2022
in the form of a display at the Konz municipal administration. The interested public has the opportunity to comment on the intended planning and to make suggestions. In parallel with the open position, the authorities and other public bodies are involved in accordance with Section 4 (2) of the Building Code.
Pursuant to Section 13, Paragraph 3 of the Building Code, the environmental assessment pursuant to Section 2, Paragraph 4, the environmental report pursuant to Section 2a and the statement pursuant to Section 3, Paragraph 2, Clause 2, which types of environmental information are available, as well as the summary statement according to § 6a paragraph and § 10a paragraph 1 apart; § 4c BauGB does not apply.
The draft of the development plan "Heinert - Trierer Weg" 5th amendment is available for everyone to see in the head office of the town hall of the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building I. Statements can be submitted in writing or for the record during the above-mentioned period. Statements that are not submitted in a timely manner may be disregarded when the resolution is passed on the development plan.
