Preparation of a development plan for the local municipality of Nittel, sub-area "Auf dem Kalkofen" in a simplified procedure in accordance with § 13 a BauGB - public participation in accordance with § 3 (2) BauGB
On December 2nd, 2021, the local municipality of Nittel decided to draw up the development plan for the “Auf dem Kalkofen” sub-area. This is hereby made public. The intention is to plan a winery with a wine press, bottling and sales as well as 4 residential units. It is a private project. The area of validity covers an area of approx. 8,500 square meters and can be seen on the attached map. The plan was approved at the local council meeting on July 5, 2022 and it was decided to disclose the plan. Public participation will take place from

carried out in the form of a disbursement at the Konz municipal administration (§ 3 Para. 2 BauGB). The interested public has the opportunity to comment on the intended planning and to make suggestions. At the same time, the authorities (public bodies) are involved in the procedure according to § 4 (2) BauGB. The place of interpretation is the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, in the entrance area of the town hall (main building on the ground floor). If you register by telephone or at the head office, an employee of the building authority will provide you with information personally. Suggestions can be made in writing or for the record. The general office hours are: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We recommend arranging an appointment by phone on Tel. 06501/83-181 or 180, contact Mr. Queins or representing Ms. Reichert, also for times outside of the general office hours. Environmental report and an environmental assessment are not required in the simplified procedure according to § 13 a BauGB. The summary statement can be omitted. Environmental concerns are presented in the justification and in the technical article with regard to the following aspects: soil, water balance, climate and air, animals, plants and biotopes, landscape and recreation, and people.
notice : Opinions that are not submitted in due time can be disregarded when the decision is made on the development plan. An application under Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it only raises objections that the applicant did not raise or raised late in the interpretation, but could have been raised.
